Relevant to today..
I’m home for break which means no gym which means I need to get my cardio done outside -_- I’ve always hated the idea of running outside. I don’t want people looking at me as they drive by.
But I did it. I mapped out a route on the quietest street near my house and did it.
5miles, 57min= feeling damn good
Look guys I’m a runner now :D
